Rules and Regulations

 

In addition to the standard policy and procedures or rules and regulations associated with an association, Long Nail Beauties Association, LLC has adopted its own set of rules and regulations. These rules and regulations are to be strictly adhered to and if violated are subject to strict penalties at worst termination of membership.

 

• Members are to exercise total respect for the association, themselves, and all other members at all times in and outside of the community, exclusively with regards to the internet and the various social media websites.

 

• Promotion of anything sexually explicit or derogatory that defames or compromises the integrity or character of the organization and its members is prohibited. Some adult material is permissable but is subject to approval by the board of the association.

 

• When representing the Long Nail Beauty Association, including in the use of the acronym LNB members are to adhere to the rules and regulations of the association. Failure to do so will result in penalty and worse case indefinite termination of membership.

 

• At least twice a year each member is required to participate in OR support an LNB project or initiative or a project or initiative of a fellow LNB member.

 

• Every member is required to report any known violations of the Long Nail Beauties, LLC rules and regulations. If it is found that he or she was aware of a particular offense and chose to remain silent, he or she will receive a penalty.

 

• Each member agrees to willingly bring to the association a spirit of camaraderie and support and agree not to bash or speak ill of another member to any of the other members of the association.  He or she also agrees that if there is a discrepancy or issue with another member, if he or she feels they cannot adequately handle it they will report it to the president or another board member, at which point it will be handled with a mediator, expediently.

 

• After one year of membership, each member is asked to consider mentoring or offering financial support (in whatever form capable) for a child from age 10-18 for at least a year to aid in one of our largest community initiatives.

 

• Any member who will be promoting their business and sharing their ventures within the community in efforts to build upon his or her business is required to offer his or her services to the association and its members at a discounted rate. The discounted rate is determined by you, the owner of your business, service(s), or product(s) and contracts are to be rendered upon services.

 

• Long Nail Beauties Association, LLC reserves the right to terminate membership “at will” if the president or Board of Directors feels it is in the best interest of the organization.
